REIKI

Reiki is a Japanese form of stress reduction and relaxation with many healing benefits.  It is an ancient form of energy healing using the Universal Life Force Energy that runs through everything. It may alsobe called Chi, Prana, Marla, Orenda, Ruach or Barraka, among others, depending on the culture. This energy vibrates at different frequencies and manifests into different forms. The higher the vibrational frequency, the purer the energy.

The person attuned as a Reiki Master Practitioner has had their body's energy channels opened and cleared of obstructions by the Reikiattunements. This allows for an increase in the flow of Life Force Energy, which advances the healing to the practitioner and connects them to the source of all Universal Ki, or Life Force Energy. After the attunement(s), the practitioner becomes a channel or conduit for this universal healing energy, and thus also increases the life force energy of the person receiving the Reiki treatment. 

If one's life force energy is low, then one is more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, one is more capable of being happy and healthy.
